In the first week of a new job, I was asked to take on a lingering project. The company needed a new text-back/reputation management software vendor, and I was given the baton. My supervisor knew that I had experience evaluating software and that I love processes and documentation – it was a great fit.
The end result was a series of presentations for Senior Leadership, dozens of calls with vendors, multiple live training webinars for our remote teams, and training decks.
