From Lucy to Liz Lemon: A Look at Women in Sitcoms is one of my favorite professional projects. I got to work with first-semester students and secretly teach them feminist theory, critical race theory, library research, critical thinking, and academic and social strategies for thriving at a large university. It was an absolute joy. I hosted the course materials in WordPress, because the available LMS didn’t work well with all the media content I needed to embed. I can talk about this course for hours but will just let the syllabus below speak for itself.
